5RHYTHMS on the TRINITY RIVER

The 5Rhythms Movement Practice meets River Rafting at last! Dance in a spacious alpine forest with DJ Shawn Swanson of The Moving Center School. Our secluded, spacious campsite is along the north fork of the river, miles away from any other. This site has a large flat clearing, where we'll set up a great sound system for dancing. Novice to experienced rafters and dancers are welcome on this fun, beautiful Class III river in the Trinity Alps.

When One Door Closes, Another Opens

Although we lost our lease and have closed the doors on Parker Street, we are facilitating new events (Shimshai July 19th) at Studio 12 at the opposite end of the Sawtooth Building on 8th Street. Studio 12 is a lovely sky-lit facility with bamboo floors, a kitchen and bathrooms.
